Cameron Turnbull
President
(会长)

Born and raised in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Cameron came to Guangzhou in 2012 to study at Jinan University as an exchange student. Since then, he has built his career in South China and still finds helping others overcome culture and language barriers extremely rewarding and this challenge is what drives him to live and work abroad.

土生土长在新斯科舍省达特茅斯市，卡昕泽先生曾在圣玛丽大学攻读经济学和汉语，并在2012年作为交换生来到了广州暨南大学。他非常享受帮助他人克服文化和语言障碍后的满足感和成就感，这样的热情成为他在广州生活和创业的源源动力。

Cameron's experience in South China as a research assistant at Dezan Shira & Associates in Guangzhou has given him a clear understanding of the challenges faced by foreign companies as they set up and expand their business activities in China. Later, he was responsible for helping Chinese investors locate and evaluate foreign investment opportunities in Europe, Australia and North America at Guangzhou based professional services firm. Cameron served as founding General Manager of CanCham PRD, responsible for the day-to-day operations of CanCham PRD from 2016 to 2021, building up the infrastructure, relationships and membership base of the organization alongside the executive team.

卡昕泽先生曾在Dezan Shira & Associates广州分公司担任调研助理。他深刻地感受到外资企业在拓展中国业务时所面临的挑战。随后，在投资公司任职项目经理期间，他负责为中国投资者寻找和评估在欧洲，澳洲以及北美洲的投资项目。这些对华和对外交互式的宝贵经验都使得他对国际商务有了更高层次的理解。2016年，卡昕泽先生作为商会的首任总经理，一直效力至2021年。从商会的架构、对外关系、会员管理等方面，卡先生与执行理事会团队并肩奋斗，为商会的奠基加固做出了决定性的贡献。

Cameron is also a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), fluent Chinese speaker and group photo enthusiast. After a decade in the region, he takes great pride in serving as a bridge between the businesses of Canada and the Pearl River Delta, using international trade and investment to bring the two worlds a little bit closer together.

卡昕泽先生同时也是一位加拿大政府认证的持牌移民顾问，他中文表达流利并热爱各种聚会拍照。在珠三角长居10年有余，他很兴奋以新的角色，继续为该地区的中加两国交流服务，并期盼在他的桥梁作用下，将加拿大和珠三角地区的关系拉的再近一些。

Robert Turnbull
Vice President - Community & Culture Guangzhou

Rob began his China story in 2004 when he came to China to work for commercial real commercial real estate and investment giant CBRE, working in their Guangzhou office and specializing in logistics and office space.

Rob与中国的结缘始于2004年。毕业于圭尔夫大学主攻房地产管理方向的他，曾在房地产及投资巨头世邦魏理仕就职，并负责其广州分公司的物流仓储及办公空间业务。

Inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit and economic momentum of early 2000s Guangzhou, Rob later left CBRE to go into business for himself in the hospitality industry, opening several restaurants and bars across south China that have become widely recognized brands and social hubs for the expat community and local residents alike.

首个千禧十年，广州正在飞速发展，怀抱创业决心的Rob辞职转入了餐饮行业。如今，Rob经营着数家国际西餐和酒吧品牌，被中外社媒平台所熟知，且成为了外籍和本土社群忠爱的社交聚点。

After successfully building The Brew and Bandidos brands from the ground up, Rob went on to acquire well-known Guangzhou establishment Social & Co. as well as Liberty brewing in Dongguan. In 2020 Rob opened his most ambitious project to date, a 200 seat sports bar in Panyu known simply as the GOAT. Despite challenges posed by the pandemic Rob has built up the GOAT to become a beloved destination for craft beer and western pub favorites. Their spicy chicken wings and over-the-top trivia nights have also become the stuff of Guangzhou legend in expat circles.

从广州本地的初创品牌The Brew转型为广为人知的墨西哥餐饮品牌Bandidos，到收购口碑人气 俱佳的Social&Co以及东莞的知名外籍品牌Liberty Brewing，一步一步在疫情期间都显艰难，同时也考验着品牌的耐力。2020年初，Rob终于将”梦想变现“——华南区独一无二的超大型巨幕运动餐吧GOAT诞生了。精酿、赛事、超辣鸡翅以及盛誉全城的月度Trivia都是GOAT深受外籍社群所爱的特色。

Rob describes himself as a serial entrepreneur and his experience in the hospitality industry has given him an intimate understanding of the challenges expat entrepreneurs and professionals have on an everyday basis. This focus on practical solutions to common problems is what makes Rob an invaluable member of the CanCham PRD Team and a much sought-after source of advice and guidance for countless expat entrepreneurs over the years.

Oscar Zheng
Vice President - Local Initiatives Foshan

Oscar Zheng is a Foshan native and alumni of Thompson Rivers University in British Columbia, living in BC, Canada since 2001. After moving back to China, Oscar built on his rich and diverse background in finance, accounting, personal wealth management and international education and has built up an impressive local business network. 

Oscar是佛山本土人，也是不列颠哥伦比亚省汤普森河大学的校友。2001年至2013年期间他长居不列颠哥伦比亚省，而回国不久后，他已在当地建立起了广阔多元的商脉圈。

Oscar helps Canadian companies and entrepreneurs better connect with their local counterparts and plays a key role in expanding the CanCham PRD presence in Foshan with a wealth of Canada-China business experience and very deep local network in Foshan.

Pax Webb
Vice President - Community & Culture Shenzhen (副会长 - 深圳社群和文化交流)

Pax Webb grew up in the small town of Sechelt, British Columbia, a village with one traffic light and a grad class of only 52 people. While completing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, he invested in a DJ system with two friends and began a small business hosting parties on campus and around town. What began as a fun way to make a bit of extra spending money soon grew into a successful business, and within a decade was the largest DJ and video dance company in Western Canada.

只有一盏红绿灯，毕业班学生仅52人的位于不列颠哥伦比亚省的塞切尔特小镇，便是Pax Webb出生长大的故乡。在获得温哥华西蒙菲莎大学工商管理学士学位后，他与两个朋友合伙投资了一套DJ系统，并在校园和社区周边开始了承接派对的业务。乐趣和创业的结合给Pax逐渐积累了财富，并使这家公司成为了十年内加拿大西部地区最大的DJ和视频舞蹈服务公司。

Pax's entrepreneurial spirit later brought him to Shenzhen in 2005 where he became one of Shenzhen's most prominent expats, having led successful projects in marketing, E-commerce and local nightlife. Most notably, Pax served as promotions manager with the Coco Park management team for several years, playing a key role in the growth of several of the group's most prominent venues such as Sicilia, Eden and Mojo. Today the group controls 70% - 80% of the nightclubs in Coco Park.

富有创业家冒险精神的Pax于2005 年来到深圳，如今他已是深圳最知名的外籍专业人士之一，并在市场营销、电子商务和休闲夜生活领域完成了诸多成功项目。最值得一提的是Pax在深圳Coco Park任职营销经理期间，将西西里、Eden和Mojo等酒吧品牌推向了更高的成功。至今，该集团仍掌控Coco Park园区70%-80%的夜场酒吧。

In 2018, Pax dived headfirst into the international trade and e-commerce space, serving as the head of BM Trading. Using his extensive local network, Pax helps international clients with their sourcing needs in various product areas.

YC Cai
Vice President

YC was born in Shenyang before moving to Canada at as a child, coming of age in Ottawa and graduating from the University of Western Ontario in 2010, or as he would say: “casted in China, machined in Canada.”

出生于沈阳，年少移居加拿大并成长于渥太华的YC于2010年毕业于西安大略大学。他这样形容自己：“种子根源在中，灌溉开花于加，合璧甚好。”

YC came to Shenzhen in 2013 where he dived into the Shenzhen's vibrant virtual reality and interior design industries. He later launched YCVR, a leading virtual reality software and hardware developer, becoming the Canadian community's resident expert on all things metaverse and virtual reality.

2013年回国定居深圳后，YC便一头扎进了蓬勃发展的虚拟现实和室内设计行业。随后，他率领团队创立了如今已是领先的虚拟现实软件和硬件开发商 YCVR。自此，珠三角加商大家庭多了一位元宇宙和虚拟现实的行家。

YCVR focuses on Metaverse high-fidelity virtual content production and supporting software and hardware production. The company has worked with top real estate developers, design giants, operators and technology companies as well as corporate and retail business partners.

YCVR专注于元宇宙高保真虚拟内容制作及配套软硬件制作。至今已是诸多顶尖房地产开发商、设计巨头、运营商以及科技和零售企业的长期合作伙伴。

In addition to studying for a PhD in Computer Science at Shenzhen University, YC is a licensed pilot, licensed gun owner, licensed winemaker, tech startup founder and lover of extreme sports (especially snowboarding.) YC is an idea man with passion for adventure, a wide range of interests and an undeniable talent for building relationships and making things happen.

除了在深圳大学继续攻读计算机科学博士外，YC还是“多证合一”的跨界达人，他是持牌飞行员、认证枪械持牌者、认证葡萄酒酿酒师、科技企业创始人和极限运动爱好者（尤其是单板滑雪）。他不缺点子，且勇于尝试；他涉猎广泛，且爱好交友；他像是一个天赋级别的行动派。
